| 01 | 1. Kindly go through this diary every day, to find- (a) Assignments, tests and holidays etc. of your wards. (b) The teacher's remarks and (c) Important notes by the teachers & school faculty. |
| 02 | Kindly send your child ten minutes early to the school, before the prayer bell. |
| 03 | Have faith, love, gratitude and regard towards the school and school staff. |
| 04 | Your soft nature, soft attitude and soft dealings will be most appreciable and highly respectable. |
| 05 | Kindly visit the Principal at least twice in a month to find the progress of your child. |
| 06 | If you have any problem, complaints or grievances, kindly bring it to the notice of the Principal immediately. |
| 07 | Kindly attend the school programs and activities to encourage your ward. |
| 08 | The results of terminal exams will be given only when you come to the school on assigned days. |
| 09 | Kindly teach moral values at home for the character formation of your child. |
| 10 | Kindly send the leave application duly signed or written in the diary. |
| 11 | Please do not send your child to the school with- (a) Heavy amount of cash. (b) Costly jewels or costly things. (c) Important documents. (d) Mobiles and electronic gadgets etc. |
| 12 | Please do not send your child to the school when he/she is- (a) Seriously sick. (b) Without meal/breakfast etc. |
| 13 | Please drop your child till the school gate and confirm that the child has entered the school premises. |
| 14 | The school will not be responsible for any sort of accidents outside the school premises. So, Kindly ensure their safety. |
| 15 | Kindly arrive ten minutes early and pick up your child after the final bell. In case you are unable to come in time please inform the school authorities. |
| 16 | Kindly send your child with proper, neat and tidy uniform. Please do not feel hurt if your child is send back home or fined for improper uniform. |
| 17 | After the morning prayer and assembly, the child will not be allowed to enter the class. Hence be strict on timing. |
| 18 | Kindly sent the lunch box and water bag along with your child without an excuse. |
| 19 | Do not come to the school drunk, shabby, chewing beetle leave, pouch etc. which may be a cause of insult to your child |
| 20 | The parents and guardians are not allowed to meet the teachers and school officials directly in the school without the prior permission of the Principal. |
| 21 | Dear parents and guardians please do not send any person to visit your child in the school. |
| 22 | Do not visit your child in the school without the knowledge of school authorities. |
| TUTION FEE | |

| 01 | Allocated fee in the admission slip will be deposited without an excuse. |
| 02 | The tuition fee will be deposited for all ten months. |
| 03 | The tuition fee has to be deposited by 15th of each month. After 15th Rs. 20 will be charged extra for each month.. |
| 04 | Tuition fee and all other fees are collected in the office on all school days. |
| 05 | Students will not be permitted to sit for examinations unless all kinds of fees are paid. |
| 06 | No certificates will be given unless the dues are cleared off. |
